Arvig Answering Solutions wins Platinum ATSI Award of Excellence

Arvig Answering Solutions has won the Association of TeleServices International’s (ATSI) Award of Excellence, marking the 15th year the company has been recognized for outstanding service by the organization.

As a 15-time winner, Arvig Answering Solutions’ award comes with a special distinction this year, the Platinum Award. The Award of Excellence is presented by ATSI, the trade association representing providers of telecommunications and call center services including telephone answering and message delivery.

The Award of Excellence is presented to call center service providers who demonstrate the highest quality standards in categories including response time, courteousness of the representative, accuracy of the call, knowledge of the account and overall impression of the call. Independent judges are contracted by ATSI to evaluate message services over a six month period, providing an unbiased evaluation of service quality.

The award was established 28 years ago as a means to improve the overall quality of the call center industry by setting expectations and measurements to ensure a successful call handling experience.
